Please communicate with me if you are unable to make your appointment.  24 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service price. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

Again, please communicate with me.  In the event that you are running late, every effort will be made to conduct your full treatment. However, the session will need to end on time to accommodate the next client's appointment.  My sessions are the full appointment time booked.  This means 60 minutes is 60 minutes of hands on therapy with me.  Please arrive on time so you get to enjoy every minute you deserve.

Gift Cards/e-gift cards may be used for services and product purchases. Gift Card purchases are final. No refunds will be given for any reason. Gift Cards are required to be present at the time of service. Please call if you have any questions regarding your Gift Card prior to your appointment,

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will use this time to unwind as well as to review and complete a brief intake form.  If you are scheduled for a massage and a facial, both forms are required. All personal information is held in strict confidence.

Each body is different, and the same body can be different from session to session. Communication is VERY important. Please indicate if at any point you would like more or less pressure. Let me know if there are areas that you would like extra time on or areas to avoid. If there are any other adjustments such as temperature, lighting, music preference or volume, etc. that would make you more comfortable, please say so.

If you need to have your cell phone on for the kids or an emergency, no problem. Please remember this is YOUR time to relax and leave the outside world behind you. Don’t let business calls or texts interrupt you from enjoying your service.  Put yourself on do not disturb and get ready to melt away...
